OUR TRIPS

We offer single day and multi-day packages suitable for one to two anglers, or small groups. We can custom tailor a package to suit each individual's tastes.

DAY FLOAT PACKAGE
Day's float trip consists of a 9-hour float. Wading can be included in the day's activities at your choosing. The guide will select your starting time and fishing waters based on the previous day's events. You meet your guide at the Whitewater Rafting Adventures outside of Jim Thorpe at a designated time. The guide will review with you the current hatches and fishing conditions. He will make his suggestions and recommendations for fly patterns and tackle setup at that time. After everyone is ready to go, he will you at your vehicle to transfer your gear to his vehicle for the trip to the launching site. Upon completion of the trip, he will return you to your vehicle.

HALF DAY FLOAT PACKAGE
A half day float package consists of a half-day float lasting approximately 6 hours on the Lehigh that depart either in the morning or evening.

You meet your guide at the Whitewater Rafting Adventures. Meeting time will be determined by your guide to place you on the river at the best times for productive fishing.

WALK/WADE TRIPS IN LEHIGH RIVER GORGE
Finally, we offer you the opportunity for walk wade trips on the Lehigh River in the beautiful Lehigh Gorge.

We are the only fly fishing outfitter licensed to operate within Lehigh Gorge State Park.

The Gorge offers a very scenic and secluded opportunity to experience this beautiful river. With it's beginnings below Francis E. Water Dam, the upper gorge enable you to experience a true tailwater experience. Even through the warm summer months you can find fish willing to take your fly. WADING TRIPS
In addition to our drift boat trips, Lehigh Gap Outfitters also offers guided fly fishing services to all the classic Pocono and Cumberland Valley streams. A combination package of a drift trip on the Lehigh and a day of wade fishing on one of our local jewels. A great way to spend a weekend!

LGO also offers a number of other angling opportunities available to you from wade fishing in special regulation water on area freestone streams (one of which you can literally fish from our parking lot), or wild brookies in small mountain headwater streams.

All prices are for one or two anglers. All full day trips include lunch. Prices do not include guide gratuities or flies.

Remember, we do not enjoy fishing in poor conditions any more than you do. Our goal is for you to have a memorable trip.
